Strata bylaw contravention letter templates

Two letters, because section 135 needs two: the first sets out the complaint and offers the owner or tenant a chance to answer, the second gives the council's decision. The last page is the checklist — the Civil Resolution Tribunal cancels fines whenever a step was skipped.

Enter your strata plan number and we’ll put it — with your building’s name and address, where the registry has them — into every template you download. Only this browser remembers it.
