• Ask your documents a question. Search your bylaws, minutes and financials and get an answer with the page it came from. Anything that looks like a problem is brought to you, and new documents file themselves.
• Run the meeting, record the decision. Send the notice your province requires, confirm quorum, vote electronically and watch the tally, and get the minutes written up for you. A council member approves them before they count.
• Two funds, one clear set of books. Operating and contingency reserve kept properly separate, every entry in one ledger, reconciled against the bank, and strata fees billed to every owner.

Every corporation is held to its own province’s rules — British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Your data is stored in Canada and handled under PIPA/PIPEDA, you choose how long each kind of record is kept, and every decision is written down as it happens and can’t be edited afterwards.
