Why we built it
Most strata corporations are run by volunteers. Deadlines slip, documents pile up unread, and owners are left guessing. We build software that makes a corporation easy to run well.
One conviction runs through all of it: the management company can change, but your strata’s knowledge shouldn’t. Too much of a building’s history lives in one firm’s filing cabinet or one volunteer’s inbox, and it leaves when they do. In ManageStrata the documents, the decisions and the books belong to the corporation, so they’re still there when the manager, or the council, changes.
That conviction is part of a larger one: a strata should run as a healthy community, open about its money, ahead of its upkeep and free to choose who helps run it. Read our mission.
What it does
It keeps every statutory date on one calendar, answers questions from your own documents with the page cited, runs your meetings and votes, and keeps the operating and contingency reserve books apart. Anything drafted shows its source and waits for a person on council to approve it. See everything it does.

Each corporation is held to its own province’s rules: British Columbia today, with Alberta and Ontario ready. Your data is stored in Canada and handled under PIPA and PIPEDA, and you choose how long each kind of record is kept.
